SCOPE OF REPORT
Risk Management and Audit Department (RA Dept.) accepts reports of violations of laws and disciplines or improper behaviors of internal employees and external partners that breach professional ethics and hurt the interests of the company, including: non-public bribery, misappropriation, fraud, malpractice for selfish ends, conflict of interest, collusive bidding, corruption, infringement and disclosure of commercial secrets, and illegal provision or receipt of gifts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORT
The contents of any report shall present the factual facts, and should not deliberately accuse or frame other persons, create disturbances or interfere with the normal working order, etc.
Any violation to the regulation, once verified, will be severely dealt with. We hope you will list the name, company, department, position of the person accused, and contents of the report, also provide relevant evidence and information. Meanwhile, please leave at least one contact information for follow-up communication and to provide further evidence once needed.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Risk Management and Audit Department (RA Dept.) is under direct control of the board of directors of POP MART, and performs independent supervision and examination, which ensures the independence and objectivity of report acceptance and investigation based on the management structure.
Risk Management and Audit Department (RA Dept.) gives top priority to the confidentiality of reports. We have set up mature systems and procedures for receiving reports and conducting investigations, and are committed to strictly keep confidential of the information of the whistleblowers and contents of reports.
POP MART prohibits any form of obstruction, harassment, insult, slander, menace, intimidation, personal injury, retaliation, etc to the whistleblowers. Once found, those who are in violation of this stipulation shall be severely punished, and shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
